Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the website and the purchase and use of AD Studio plugins, licenses, digital files, courses, and support services. They are designed to make clear what users receive and what responsibilities apply.
1. Acceptance and scope
By using the website, creating an account, ordering, activating a license, or joining a course, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete a transaction or use account-only services.
“AD Studio,” “we,” or “the service” refers to the Dung Nguyen Architect operation on dungnguyenarchi.com. Specific conditions shown on a product, course, or order page form part of the agreement. If terms conflict, the specific condition and any mandatory consumer rights take priority where applicable.
2. Products and services
AD Simple, AD ArchFlow, and other plugins or scripts are described on their product pages with supported platforms, features, price, and permitted computer count.
Online classes, schedules, replay videos, and accompanying materials as described for each course at enrollment.
Blog posts, guides, trials, and free plugins may have separate conditions and do not imply paid support.
Reasonable assistance with installation, activation, accounts, and product defects through published support channels.
Images, videos, and demonstrations describe the product. Results can vary with the SketchUp or related software version, operating system, hardware, model, and user workflow.
3. Accounts and user information
- Provide an accurate email address and contact information so you can receive an account, license, order notices, and course access.
- An account may be created automatically after payment. Verify your email, choose a strong password, and do not share credentials.
- You are responsible for activity through your account except where caused by AD Studio or otherwise provided by law.
- If you entered the wrong email, use the correction feature while available or contact support. We may request order details to verify ownership.
- Do not impersonate others, take over accounts, mass-create accounts to abuse trials, or use another person’s details without permission.
4. Pricing, orders, and payment
The price, currency, license plan, computer count, course contents, and payment methods are displayed before payment. You are responsible for checking the product, compatibility, email, phone number, amount, and transfer reference.
The website may support VietQR bank transfers reconciled through SePay and international payments through PayPal. An order is paid only after the system or AD Studio confirms valid receipt of the full amount. Underpayments, incorrect references, duplicate transactions, or suspected fraud may be held for review.
AD Studio may correct an obvious display-price error before a transaction is completed. If discovered after payment and the order cannot be fulfilled at the correct price, we will contact you to agree on a suitable resolution, including returning the amount received where appropriate.
5. Digital delivery
After payment confirmation, license keys, downloads, or course access normally appear in My Account and/or are sent to your email. Delivery can be delayed by a bank, PayPal, email delivery, network conditions, or manual review.
Check your spam folder and protect access to your email account. If money was deducted but access is missing, send the order number, time, and amount to support. Do not publish a license key or sensitive transaction details.
6. Plugin licenses and usage limits
Unless a product page states otherwise, a plugin purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the product. The license is linked to the purchasing account/email and the number of computers in the selected plan.
- Personal/Team/Studio: the permitted computer count is shown on the product or order page. You may remove an old computer in My Account before moving to a new one as supported by the system.
- “Lifetime”: means the purchased product/version license has no recurring fee. It does not promise that every major future upgrade, third-party service, individual support service, or compatibility with every future software release will be free forever.
- Do not share, sell, rent, or publish a license key; exceed device limits; bypass authentication; reverse security controls; or redistribute code/files except where such a right cannot lawfully be restricted.
- Do not use a plugin to infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, or conduct illegal activity.
Plugins run within environments such as SketchUp and can depend on platform APIs. Review system requirements, back up models, and test on a copy before use in a critical project.
7. Course terms
- Course access belongs to the purchasing account and may not be shared, broadcast, or resold.
- Start dates, live sessions, or instructors may be adjusted for reasonable cause; AD Studio will notify students through the website, account, or email.
- “Lifetime” replay access is interpreted according to the description at purchase and is provided through your account while AD Studio lawfully maintains the course/platform. We may change video platforms while seeking to preserve equivalent access.
- Do not record, unlawfully download, copy, share links/tokens, reteach, or distribute course materials without written permission.
- Learning results depend on participation, practice, background, and equipment. Purchasing a course does not guarantee income, employment, or a specific professional outcome.
8. Trials and free content
Trials and free offers may be limited by account, email, device, IP address, time, or claim count to prevent abuse. We may reject disposable email, automation, false information, or attempts to evade a limit. These controls do not affect a valid paid license.
9. Cancellation, refunds, and complaints
Plugins, license keys, downloads, and course access are digital content that may be delivered immediately after payment. Before purchasing, review the description, supported platform, computer count, course schedule, and any available free trial.
Cancellation or refund requests are assessed using the delivery/access state, conformity with the description, opportunity to remedy technical issues, actual use, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or reduces your mandatory consumer rights.
If there is a problem, contact us promptly with the order number and a clear description. We will first seek to restore access, assist installation, or provide another reasonable remedy. If we cannot provide the agreed product, a refund or other resolution will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The website, brands, interface, plugin source code, images, videos, lessons, documents, and AD Studio-created content are protected by intellectual-property law. A purchase grants the described usage right; it does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
You continue to own the models, drawings, and content you create. AD Studio does not claim ownership of your project merely because you use a plugin or take a course.
11. Third-party platforms
SketchUp, PayPal, SePay, banks, Bunny Stream, Google Meet, Zoom, and other named products belong to their respective owners. AD Studio does not represent those parties unless expressly stated. Their services have separate terms and may change outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability, warranties, and responsibility
We work to keep the website, licensing service, and learning content available, but maintenance or interruptions can occur because of networks, hosting, third-party platforms, security incidents, or events outside reasonable control.
You are responsible for model/file backups, reviewing plugin output, and following professional procedures. To the extent permitted by law, AD Studio is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, or lost data resulting from misuse, lack of backups, an unsupported environment, or third-party services. This limitation does not apply where limitation is prohibited or liability arises from intentional conduct or another legally non-excludable cause.
13. Suspension or termination
We may temporarily suspend an account, license, or access where there are reasonable grounds involving fraud, unauthorized sharing, attacks, intellectual-property infringement, fraudulent chargebacks, or a material breach. Where appropriate, users will have an opportunity to explain or remedy the issue. Enforcement will be proportionate and will not remove mandatory legal rights.
14. Changes to services and terms
We may improve interfaces and features, change pricing for future transactions, or update these Terms to reflect new services and laws. Changes do not remove a paid right without lawful grounds. New terms will be posted here with an effective date, and material changes will be communicated appropriately.
15. Governing law, contact, and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If an issue arises, both sides should first communicate in good faith and provide information needed to verify the transaction. If no resolution is reached, either party may use available complaint, mediation, or competent-authority procedures.
