AD Studio / Dung Nguyen Architect operates dungnguyenarchi.com to present, sell, and support architecture plugins and software, provide online courses, and publish professional content.
This policy covers the website, My Account area, checkout, licensing systems for plugins such as AD Simple and AD ArchFlow, course area, contact forms, and APIs operated by the website. Third-party services opened through external links are governed by their own policies.
2. Data we collect
Your name if provided, email address, phone number, country/language, username, email-verification state, and messages sent to support.
The product or course, price, currency, order status, payment time, method, and transaction references received from VietQR, SePay, or PayPal.
License key, hashed device identifier (machine_id), machine name supplied by the system or user, plugin version, activation time, and last verification time.
Course enrollment, access to classes and videos, order history, and information needed to display purchased content in My Account.
IP address, browser/user-agent, request time, session cookies, language, anti-abuse tokens, and error or security logs.
A random visitor code and technical signals needed to count Blog views and reduce duplicate counts, bots, spam, and abnormal automated requests.
We do not ask you to send online-banking passwords, OTP codes, or full payment-card details. Do not send such information through email, contact forms, or support messages.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process data only as reasonably needed to:
- Create, verify, and protect accounts; reset passwords; and link orders to the verified owner of an email address.
- Create orders, confirm payment, send notices, and provide downloads, license keys, or course access.
- Activate and verify licenses, enforce computer limits, and let customers remove an old computer.
- Provide class links, Bunny Stream videos, schedules, and technical support.
- Prevent fraud, trial abuse, spam, bots, attacks, and unauthorized access.

For VietQR bank transfers, the website prepares payment instructions and receives reconciliation notices from SePay. For international payments, the PayPal interface handles PayPal login or card entry within its systems.
AD Studio stores the status, amount, currency, and transaction reference needed to reconcile an order. We do not directly receive or store your online-banking password, OTP, full card number, or CVV. Banks, SePay, and PayPal process information under their own policies and legal obligations.
6. When data is shared
We share only what is necessary with:
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, WordPress/WooCommerce, email, and technical security services.
- Payment providers: banks/VietQR, SePay, and PayPal for creating, confirming, refunding, or tracing transactions.
- Learning providers: Bunny Stream and, where live classes apply, services such as Google Meet or Zoom. Access links are restricted to entitled accounts where supported.
- Professional support: technical, accounting, or advisory providers when required and limited to their assigned work.
- Authorities: where lawfully required or necessary to protect legitimate rights, safety, and property.
Some global providers may process data outside Vietnam. When such services are used, we limit the data to what is necessary and address applicable cross-border data obligations.
7. How long data is retained
- Account, course entitlement, and license records are kept while the account or usage right remains valid so that you can continue downloading, learning, and managing devices.
- Order, payment, and invoice records are kept as needed for accounting, tax, reconciliation, complaints, and legal obligations.
- Security, rate-limit, and view-deduplication records normally have shorter lifetimes unless an incident requires longer investigation.
- Support requests are retained long enough to resolve the issue and maintain a reasonable support history.
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or access-restricted, except where retention is legally required or necessary for a valid dispute.
