Automatic Scenes
Create plan, ceiling, section, elevation and perspective Scenes for every level in a few clicks, with a drawing scale per Scene group.
Column and level grids
Detect columns to build column grids and add level grids to sections and elevations. Markers and text follow the drawing scale.
Smart dimensions
Flash Dim for quick measuring, Super Dim for walls and columns, and interior dimensions for cabinet details. Merge, split and edit feet in the viewport.
Annotations and symbols
Leaders, Smart Labels that read room name, area and material, Detail Callouts that create detail Scenes, and section symbols tied to the real cut.
Hatch, Tags and IFC
Section hatch driven by each object’s Tag. Flash Tag assigns Tags and IFC classifications in a single click, ready for BIM workflows.

Add title blocks to every Scene, review, then export PDF for printing or DXF to continue in CAD.

Every paid license is a lifetime license for the listed number of computers. Move to a new computer by removing the old one in My Account on this website, even if it no longer works.
FAQ
BEFORE YOU BUY
Where do I get my license after checkout?
Your license key appears on the checkout page right after payment and in My Account on this website. If you do not have an account yet, we create one for your purchase email and send a link to set your password. Install the .rbz file in SketchUp, open AD Simple and enter the key to activate.
How do I move to a new computer?
Sign in to My Account on this website, open License management and remove the old computer, even if it no longer works, then enter the key on the new computer. If the old computer still works, you can also choose Deactivate in AD Simple’s Settings.
Does it run on macOS?
AD Simple currently supports SketchUp on Windows only.
Why is SketchUp 2023 or later required?
AD Simple’s in-viewport interface relies on technology introduced in SketchUp 2023, so earlier versions cannot run the plugin.
